My stay was quite mixed at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the service I experienced left a lot to be desired. The location is fantastic for events, being right near downtown and the Staples Center. However, I had a serious issue with the water being turned off during my stay, and the management's lack of communication was frustrating. Overall, I appreciated the space and comfort of the room, but the service and management did not meet my expectations.
